Q: How long does it take to get the full version?
A: Usually the code should be generated automatically within 24 hours. Tap on the ‘Activate’ Button within the Info-View to download the Code directly to your device. If your copy dosen’t get unlocked, please contact us via e-mail.
Q: I’ve registred without or with a different Name and E-Mail-Adress as the one used in PayPal. What do I need to do to get my copy activated?
A: Above the field for the name, there is your serialnumber, please send us this number by e-mail, so that we can do the necessary to unlock your copy.
Q: I can’t find the latest beta in the BigBoss repository?
A: Usually this takes some time until BigBoss updates his repository. If you won’t wait, then feel free to add our own repository to Cydia -> http://www.myweek.li/cydia
Q: After installing I can’t see any Events in my Views?
A: Please make sure that you went into the Settings and selected at least one category to be displayed.
Q: Why can’t I do anything in the ‘Current-View’?
A: This view shows only the events of the current view, as an overview ‘Filofax-Style’. The only thing that does work, is the scrolling in case one day is filled with events to show them all.
Q: In the Video of the Demo I can see that the events are color coded. On my iPhone all events are the same color. How do I enable that feature?
A: This depends on the number of categories you have in your calendar, for each category you can setup a different color, but this is done directly in the program you use on your computer.
Q: Shortly after the launch of the Application it crashes, what can I do?
A: As we’ve learned so far this comes from having events in the Calendar, which are not properly defined, fields with corrupted or missing informations. Save your original Calendar Database and try a new empty one, if myWeek works with the new one, then you know you have to search for “strange” events in your original database.
Q: Why dosen’t the Keyboard allow to enter text for the registration in the Info-View?
A: This happens in Versions prior 0.92-4, so if you haven’t already upgraded then please do so. In this new Beta we’ve implemented a work-around, that should help with this not coming up of the keyboard.
